Today was peaceful...
I'm freeing up my hard drive right now. I can't believe I have so much junk on my PC. It's mostly music, which I can guarantee I've only listened to about 10% of all the songs on my computer, if that... I always seem to justify keeping it on by putting the idea in my head that I might DJ again someday. DJing is such a fun job when there's not a lot of prissy teenagers around who demand non-stop rap and dance music. I always had a line I used on them when they would get nasty with me, and come up saying "Can you play something we could actually dance to!?!?" I would smirk, cause they didn't know I was about to break out the secret weapon!! I would say "Well, if you could actually dance, I would..." But yeah, it's crazy how we let even our computers get cluttered with things we won't use. Thank you guys for sticking with me on this journey. It's life-style modification, which isn't just about losing weight. It's about being good stewards of that which God has blessed us with.
I recall the parable of the talents. Two of the servants were faithful with what they were given, and it glorified their master. The other one was so fearful and lazy that he buried his in the ground. What good does that do when God blesses you with something magnificent, that you choose not to use it, and act cowardly by hiding it. This journey is challenging me to not only be a good steward of my health, but the other talents which God has blessed me with. I encourage those of you reading, if you know what gifts God has blessed you with, I would love to hear about them.
Today's exercise and eating report, I did good. Today for no apparent reason I felt awesome! No, I'm not taking anything that would give me those feelings. It's hard to explain, but in my mind I had an enormous peace. Thank you again and I appreciate all your support!

Matthew 25:23 - "His master replied, "Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!"

You should have started a new paragraph in between these two sentences. "But yeah, it's crazy how we let even our computers get cluttered with things we won't use. Thank you guys for sticking with me on this journey."
